Prices and methods of payment

All of our Onlybio products are shipped to you from Poland via a secure, tracked shipping method. Delivery of the Goods shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Client during the placement of the Order.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a valid residential address. Onlybio does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses or other temporary locations.

Onlybio cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the address provided by the customer. Please note that cancellations or modifications to orders are not possible once they have been placed and processed by our warehouse.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

Onlybio only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
